    We stand behind the quality of our products and trusted suppliers and offer warranties for all of our products. Please refer to the product-specific manual/media, which will have included warranty information/coverage and how to make a claim.

    We design our gear around one simple idea “make being outside fun, comfortable, and easy”… so we hope to find our gear in all sorts of campers’ hands!

    but we mainly target leisurely outdoor adventuring rather than the more hardcore approach to enjoying the great outdoors!

    We track our products to the source as much as possible to ensure we’re using sustainable sources, eco-friendly materials and partnering with suppliers that also want to minimize their impact on the environment.

    But… the world isn’t perfect. So to help fill in the cracks we’ll be partnering with multiple conservation agencies and we’re starting off with a 5% pledge of our annual profits to conservation efforts in the USA

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will strive to make it so. These are filed through our customer support portal and are settled on a per-case basis

    We respond to inquiries as quickly as possible. The fastest responses will be through direct customer support, not through social media.

  • As a small start-up, pre-sales allow us to gauge demand for certain items before mass production, helping us minimize waste and avoid overstocking. It also lets us offer exclusive products to our community early on, usually with bonuses for early adopters!

  • When we offer a pre-sale, we provide early access to select products at a discounted price. After you place your order, we’ll notify you of an estimated shipping date. This gives us time to produce and fulfill the orders, ensuring we can deliver high-quality products that meet our standards.

    In some cases, we may need to hit a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) to launch the product. If that MOQ is not met, all customers are notified and refunded as quickly as possible.

  • We strive to deliver pre-sale items by the estimated shipping date, but please understand that slight delays can happen, especially as a start-up. We will keep you updated and notify you immediately if any changes occur.

    In some cases, we are able to guarantee shipping within a certain window and will communicate it on the product’s page.

  • Once a pre-sale order is placed, we process it quickly to avoid delays in production. While we typically do not modify or cancel orders after they are confirmed, you can always reach out to our customer service team, and we'll do our best to accommodate any requests before shipment.

    If for any reason we experience abnormal delays with a pre-sale product, we do open to cancellations.

  • Delivery times for pre-sale items vary depending on production and shipping. Once your product is ready for shipment, we will provide tracking details so you can stay informed. We always aim to ship within the time frame specified during the pre-sale.

    Some pre-sale items are produced in limited quantities. We do this to maintain quality control and ensure that we only make products that we know our customers truly want. If you see something in a pre-sale, it may be your only chance to get it before it sells out!

    As a thank-you for supporting us during the pre-sale, we often offer discounts or exclusive deals. Our pre-sale prices are typically lower than the final retail price, so it's a great way to get your hands on new items at a reduced cost.

    We also collect emails which will receive future discounts and exclusive early (like early, early) access to other products we’re working on!

  • We announce pre-sale items on our website and social media channels. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications about upcoming pre-sale products, new product releases, and exclusive offers!
