Returns

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to make certain you’re satisfied.

    If you're not happy with your order, please reach out through out customer support portal and start a return ticket.

    Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • To return an item you must first file a Return/Refund Claim in our customer support portal.

    Once confirmed, you’ll receive a shipping label to get it back to us!

    Once we receive the package, your refund will be processed unless otherwise specified.

  • Yes!

    Some items cannot be returned such as Final Sale products, personalized items, or Gift Cards.

  • Any item offering a return has a maximum of 30 days after delivery before you can no longer return it.

    After 30 days it must be defective or have obvious manufacturing/delivery damages to be returned.

  • Sometimes!

    If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. If you're returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

    We don’t support “remorse returns” as part of our sustainability efforts, so these are rarely accepted and shipping is on the buyer.

  • We do not offer exchanges except in special cases (e.g., defective item), but please reach out through customer support and we’ll do all we can to make your experience with us a good one!

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days and you will be notified via the email we have on file.

    Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

    Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a return or exchange and cover any return shipping costs.
