Limited Warranty Information

Prepped Outdoor Accessories (“Prepped”) warrants to the original end user purchaser that its products, purchased through our website or authorized retailers will be free from manufacturing defects for the durations specified in their respective warranty documents from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later) when used for their intended purpose and cared for according to Prepped’s instructions.

Please note that certain products from Prepped may not come with a warranty. These listing include this information.

Additionally, products sold under third-party licenses by Prepped are not covered by this warranty. These products may include, but are not limited to, apparel, accessories for vehicles, electronics, and items sold through specific brand collaborations. Warrantor information for these items is available in the product manual accompanying the product.

Final note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage which does not impair the functionality of the product, including scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, discoloration, color changes, fading, minor paint chips, or other nonfunctional changes in appearance; damage from misuse or abuse (such as improper cleaning, neglect, or accident); defects resulting from alteration(s); fire; theft; or defects resulting from the use of the Product in a commercial manner.  Products purchased from preppedoutdoor.com may be returned if unused and otherwise subject to the terms of prepped’s return policy, or please contact your retailer for information regarding their return policy.
