We release limited quantities in Pre-Order batches for multiple reasons and they vary by product. But the primary reason is to prove the product is viable and sustainable for Mass Production, which usually requires a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for our supplier(s) to make a smaller batch without dedicated tooling/assembly lines/etc.

Yes! During check-out you’ll input an email that we use to keep everyone up-to-date on shipping/expected delivery dates.

Early on we’ll have a window like “Q1 of 2025”; as people order and we get closer to reaching the MOQ needed for the batch, we’ll push updates to all of those emails with more detailed information related to shipping/delivery.

IF WE DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME - We will also send communication out and at that time you’ll be able to request a full refund for your purchase OR continue to wait until the product is available.

Refunds will be processed back to the payment method used to make the purchase.

We chose a strong partner based in Holland with cutting edge equipment, end-end vertical integration and highly sustainable practices like generating their own gasses for their lasers!

Like all outdoor equipment; the better you take care of it, the longer life it will have, so we always recommend disassembling after it cools off, cleaning it, and properly storing.

It is made of High-Quality Stainless Steel and highly resistant to corrosion, so if you don’t it is not going to be detrimental to the health of the unit. Excessive exposure to the elements will eventually cause corrosion to begin .

The Camp Oven comes with a limited 90-day warranty.

All orders placed during our NOVEMBER SALE (Up-to Black Friday) will ship out December 11, 2024 and are expected to arrive with plenty of time for the Holiday :)

The second batch of units will ship out ON OR BEFORE January 17, 2025.
