We release limited quantities in Pre-Order batches for multiple reasons and they vary by product. But the primary reason is to prove the product is viable and sustainable for Mass Production, which usually requires a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for our supplier(s) to make a smaller batch without dedicated tooling/assembly lines/etc.

Yes! During check-out you’ll input an email that we use to keep everyone up-to-date on shipping/expected delivery dates.
Early on we’ll have a window like “Q1 of 2025” which means “sometime in the first 3 months of 2025”; as people order and we get closer to reaching the Minimum Order Quantity needed for the batch, we’ll push updates to all of those emails with more detailed information related to shipping/delivery. Like “Expected to ship on or by 03.31.2025”
IF WE DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME - We will also send communication out and at that time you’ll be able to request a FULL REFUND for your purchase OR continue to wait until the product is available.Refunds will be processed back to the payment method used to make the purchase.

Warranty Claims can be filed through Customer Support and are handled as quickly as possible. For additional information see our FAQs OR the Warranty Sheet that came with your product.

Providing we reach the MOQ with the Pre-Order Campaign, the First Batch will ship towards the end of March, 2025.
Anyone who orders will receive updates via email about any change in expected shipping/delivery dates.

Any portable battery bank with a Standard USB port (Full-Size USB Port) will work! The lights require 5V supply and work with 1 and 2 amp ports.

Right now the Illumitent is only available in these colors. If we have a successful Pre-Order Campaign, we have (2) other color variations that we would like to add to our offering.

Yep! The LEDs come with a remote for on/off, changing colors, changing modes, dimming, etc…
The remote has a range of ~12ft and will control the lights “through the wall”.
